Our national gastronomic value is the product made from fattened goose liver, which has been declared a Hungarian national treasure since September 2013. Szegedi Paprika ZRt.’s premium quality products made from fattened goose liver are made exclusively from domestic ingredients and based on a careful recipe.

Ingredients: fattened goose liver 99%*, nitrite pickling salt mixture (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), table salt, glucose, antioxidant: E385
* From fattening in accordance with animal welfare regulations.

  • Flavoring: natural
  • Net weight: 100g
  • Storage: It retains its freshness for 3 years when kept at room temperature, but 3-4 hours of refrigeration is recommended before consumption in order to achieve the perfect flavor and texture.
  • Suggested use: Dip the cooled can in warm water for 2-3 seconds. After opening, the foie gras can be slid out and sliced.
